1. Delivery Time:
To provide convenience for customers when shopping, we offer home delivery. On business days, Ecocare will confirm orders in the next working shift after receiving a completed order via the website within 24 hours. In-stock items will be delivered within 3 to 7 days. If the item is not in stock, we will contact the customer to arrange an estimated delivery time of 30–45 days. Ecocare delivers nationwide. However, delivery may take longer in certain force majeure situations, such as:
– Ecocare staff cannot reach the customer by phone to arrange delivery.
– The provided delivery address is incorrect or difficult for the shipper to locate.
– A sudden surge in orders (holidays, Tet, etc.) causes delays in processing.
– Suppliers or shipping partners delay delivery.
2. Delivery Fees
Ecocare offers free shipping for orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or more within the inner city.
For orders under 1,000,000 VND, over 10 km away, in suburban areas, or in other provinces, shipping will be handled by third-party carriers, and fees will be charged according to their rates.
3. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Shipping
If goods are damaged during transportation—whether shipped by Ecocare or a third party—Ecocare will take responsibility for resolving the issue. Customers have the right to refuse delivery and request a return or refund according to the return policy. Ecocare will work with the shipping partner to arrange compensation based on agreements with the third-party provider. In case of delivery delays, we will promptly inform customers, who may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting.
4. Responsibilities of Ecocare and Logistics Providers Regarding Documentation
All orders are carefully packed and sealed before shipping. The carrier is responsible for transporting goods in their original, intact condition, ensuring they are not opened or damaged during delivery. Each package will include:
- Recipient information: name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Order tracking code.
- Order tracking code (repeated as in original).
To ensure product safety, Ecocare will include a valid invoice or delivery note inside the package (if applicable). The shipping provider is responsible for supplying relevant documentation.
